Square IPO priced at $9 a share valuing company at around $2.9bn

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s mobile payments platform Square has priced its forthcoming IPO at $9 a share, valuing the company at around $2.6bn. This is less than the $11 and $13 per share analysts had expected the price to be.
